🔁 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.

Returns are only accepted for size issues, wrong item received, or defective products.


> Note: We do not accept returns for items purchased during a sale or special offer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

We'll notify you via email/WhatsApp.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI/Bank/Card).


> Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges (first time only) if the size you received doesn’t fit.

Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.

Subject to stock availability.

Used or washed clothing

Items without original tags/packaging

Customized or limited edition items

Gift cards or store credits

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us unless it’s a mistake on our end (wrong/defective item).

In eligible cases, we may arrange a pickup or reimburse return shipping costs.
